Terms & Conditions
The Kitchen and Bathroom Store accepts payment by cash, cheque, online via BACS, MasterCard, Visa credit and debit and also Switch and Maestro debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diner’s Club credit cards.
A charge of 2% will be made on all transactions by Credit Card.
Our Terms of payment for supply only are 50% deposit of your total order on booking followed by the remainder 50% on delivery of goods.
Our Terms of payment for supply and fitting are 25% deposit of your total order on booking, 50% on delivery of goods, followed by the remainder 25% to be paid on completion of installation. Alternatively, we offer 0% finance for supply and fitting which our payment terms are 25% deposit of your total order on booking, a further 25% on delivery of goods, followed by the remainder 50% to be paid over 6 or 12 months. The first payment must be made on completion of installation, followed by 5 or 11 payments on the same date for the following 5 or 11 months. These payments can be set up as a standing order, paid online via BACS, by credit or debit card via the telephone, or made directly in our showroom.
Deposit Protection Guarantee
Lakes kitchens redefined guarantees your deposit 100%, for complete peace of mind and confidence when purchasing from The Kitchen and Bathroom Store providing that the original deposit paid does not exceed 25% of the retail price. This guarantee means that Lakes will supply your kitchen if The Kitchen and Bathroom Store ceased trading once payment of the balance is made directly to Lakes.
Lakes kitchens are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defects for as long as you own the kitchen. No quibbles, no fuss – just straight forward peace of mind. On supply and installation of your lakes kitchen you must complete the Lifetime Guarantee Form and return this to the registered address to activate your guarantee.
All installation works are guaranteed for 12 months from completion.
